Natrix grows its customer base by selling a variety of Barracuda security solutions.

The solution

Leveraging Barracuda's security solutions in its offering, Natrix was able to:

  • Protect customers from evolving email-borne threats with Barracuda Email Protection and AI-based Impersonation Protection, while educating clients' end users with Barracuda Managed Security Awareness Training
  • Efficiently and proactively monitor for anomalies across clients' networks with Barracuda RMM
  • Grow their seucrity services offering to include protection of web apps with Barracuda Web Application Protection

Results

With Barracuda solutions added to its offerings, Natrix:

  • Reached 25 percent growth YoY, despite separating from with its three largest break-fix customers
  • Projected additional growth through a new backup and disaster recovery (BDR) offering
  • Picked up new security business from an unlikely source — its competitors

About Natrix Technologies

Natrix Technologies started as a systems integrator selling, implementing and supporting servers, switches, and routers in 1998. The company evolved into a managed services provider (MSP) in 2009. Today, they hold certifications with Barracuda, Microsoft, and Cisco. The MSP is involved in the installation and configuration of IT, IP telephony, and quality management. Eric Rivest joined Natrix in 2005 and serves as the company’s VP, which entails coordinating sales, developing new business, and managing vendor relationships.
