You will need to secure your own flights to Madeira as these will not be covered by Barracuda. However, as soon as you touch down, you can rely on us to arrange everything else. Transfers to and from the airport and accommodation will be arranged for you by Barracuda. You can check into your room on Tuesday evening before the welcome reception, and we will provide food, drinks, and entertainment throughout the event. We look forward to seeing you in Madeira.
