How do I register?
You can register your attendance here.
During the registration process, look out for an email from BarracudaDiscover25EMEA@worldspan.co.uk. Worldspan work with us on this event.
You will be asked to provide your travel details, so that arrangements can be made for airport transfers, but these are not required for your initial registration. You can update your registration with flight details once you have booked your travel, but we ask that you to do this before the 8th April, 2025.
Please note, that your place at Discover25 will be secured as soon as you have provided us with your confirmed, final flight details. Please register now to hold your place, and then get back to us quickly with your flight details.
To ensure a smooth hotel check-in process, we will need your passport details, so make sure you have a valid passport to hand at the time of registering.
This event is by invite only and the invitation is non-transferrable. Demand for a place is high, and places are limited and on a first come, first serve basis, so please register as soon as possible. If you register, but are unable to attend, we would be grateful for you to advise our event agency, Worldspan, by emailing BarracudaDiscover25EMEA@worldspan.co.uk.
What track should I choose?
Both tracks will provide valuable insight into Barracuda’s products and solutions offered across all our portfolio.
The technical track provides more technical information about how our products and solutions help customer solve their cybersecurity challenges. They are targeted at the technical members of your organisation, whether you’re a reseller, MSP or distributor.
If you are a sales, marketing or business management executive, you may find more value in attending the business track sessions, which are tailored to highlight the business benefits of our products and how to leverage them with your customer base.
What are the timings for arrival and departure?
We advise arriving on Tuesday 13th May before 16:30 to allow time to transfer to the hotel and get settled in before joining us for the evening reception which starts at 19:30 in the Sky Bar with stunning views. The event closes at 14:00 followed by lunch on Thursday 15th May. Airport transfers will be arranged for your departure to the airport (timings for transfers times to be advised on-site).
What’s included?
Food & beverages for organised functions, two nights' accommodation at the Savoy Palace (13th & 14th May) including lunch and breakfast on those days , and airport transfers (on scheduled dates only).
What’s not included?
Return flights to Madeira and any extras outside of the organised functions.
Airport transfers:
Airport transfers will be available from Madeira Airport on Tuesday 13th May, as well as return airport transfers on Thursday 15th May, after the conference concludes.
What’s the nearest airport?
Madeira Airport is the closest international airport. It is a 25-minute journey to the hotel. It has good connections with major European cities.
What is the attire for the conference?
The conference attire is business casual.
Weather in Maderia
In May, average temperatures reach around 30°C in the day; although mild, it is worth bringing a light jacket for the evenings. We recommend checking your weather service of choice when thinking about what clothing you should bring.
