How do I register?

You can register your attendance here.

During the registration process, look out for an email from barracudadiscover25americas@worldspan.co.uk. Worldspan is helping our team organize Discover25.

You will be asked to provide your travel details, so that arrangements can be made for prompt check-in at the Swissôtel. You can update your registration with flight details once you have booked your travel.

Please note that your place at Discover25 will only be secured once you have provided us with your flight details; so please register now to hold your spot and get back to us quickly with your flight details.

This is an exclusive, invitation-only event, and invitations are non-transferable. We had a fantastic turnout last year, with high demand and a waitlist, so we recommend registering soon to ensure you secure your spot. If you are unable to attend, it would be great if you could advise our event agency, Worldspan, by barracudadiscover25americas@worldspan.co.uk

What is the timing for arrival and departure?

Please arrive on Monday, September 8th before 4:00 PM, to allow time to transfer to the hotel and get settled in before joining us for the evening reception which starts at 6:00 PM at Swissôtel. The event closes on Wednesday, September 10th by 11:30 AM.

What’s included?

Food and beverages for all organized functions – including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two nights’ accommodation at the Swissôtel Chicago - September 8th and 9th.

What’s not included?

Airfare, airport ground transportation and any extras outside of the organized functions.

What’s the nearest airport?

Chicago Midway International Airport is the closest airport at 12 miles. Chicago O’Hare International Airport is about 18 miles away.

What is the attire for the conference?

The conference attire is business casual.
