How do I register?
You can register here.
During the registration process, look out for an email from Barracuda_TechSummit@Worldspan.co.uk. Worldspan are our event organisers.
You will be asked to provide your travel details for arrangements to be made for airport/train station transfers, but these are not required for your initial registration. You can update your registration with travel details once booked.
Please note that your place at TechSummit26 will only be secured once you have provided us with your confirmed, final travel details. Please register now to hold your place and then get back to us quickly with the details.
Demand is high, and places are limited, so please register as soon as possible. If you register but are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could advise our event agency, Worldspan, by emailing Barracuda_TechSummit@Worldspan.co.uk.
What are the timings for arrival and departure?
For Munich:
Please arrive on Monday 21st September ahead of a welcome dinner in the Congress Centre. We will then kick off with keynotes on the morning of Tuesday 22nd September.
The conference closes on Thursday 24th September, 2025 at 13:00, followed by lunch. Transfers to the airports or train station will be arranged for you by Barracuda based on your provided departure flight times (timings for transfers times to be advised on-site).
What’s covered by the attendance/delegates fee?
Conference access, food & beverage during the conference, and for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening events, and shuttle services to and from the venue (on scheduled dates only).
What’s not included?
Flights to your chosen nearest airport, transfers not organised by Barracuda (see below), accommodation, and any extras outside of the organised event.
Airport transfers:
Airport transfers will be available from Munich Airport (MUC), Innsbruck Airport (IBK), and Wörgl train station on Monday 21st September, and return transfers on Thursday, 24th September, after the conference concludes.
What’s the nearest airport?
The closest airport is Innsbruck, about 45 minutes from Alpbach.
The closest international airport is Munich, about 90 minutes from Alpbach.
What is the attire for the conference?
The conference attire is business casual.
Weather in Alpbach
In September, average temperatures reach around 20°C in the day but -as we are in the Alps- it could also be around 10°C. We have a surprise excursion planned where a warmer jacket and sensible footwear (no high heels) would be recommended. We would also recommend bringing a jacket for the evenings and checking your weather service of choice before arriving in Alpbach.
