How do I register?

Registration is available now.

During the registration process, look out for an email from barracudadiscover26emea@worldspan.co.uk. Worldspan is our events team who work with us at this event.

You will be asked to provide your travel details, so that arrangements can be made for airport transfers, but these are not required for your initial registration. You can update your registration with flight details once you have booked your travel, but we ask that you to do this before the 9th March, 2026.

Please note, that your place at Discover26 will be secured as soon as you have provided us with your confirmed, final flight details. Please register now to hold your place and then get back to us quickly with your flight details.

To ensure a smooth hotel check-in process, we will need your passport details, so make sure you have a valid passport to hand at the time of registering.

This event is by invite only and the invitation is non-transferrable. Demand for a place is high, and places are limited and on a first come, first serve basis, so please register as soon as possible. If you register, but are unable to attend, we would be grateful for you to to advise our event team, Worldspan, by emailing barracudadiscover26emea@worldspan.co.uk.

What are the timings for arrival and departure?

We advise arriving on Tuesday 19th May before 16:30 to allow time to transfer to the hotel and get settled in before joining us for the evening reception which starts at 19:00 in the SkyBeach with stunning views. The event closes at 12:45 followed by lunch on Thursday 21st May. Airport transfers will be arranged for your departure to the airport (timings for transfers times to be advised on-site).

What is included?

Food & beverages for the organised evening functions, two nights' accommodation at the InterContinental Malta (19th & 20th May) including breakfast and lunch on those days, as well as airport transfers (on scheduled event dates only).

What is not included?

Return flights to Malta and any extras outside of the organised functions.

Airport transfers:

Airport transfers will be available from Malta Airport on Tuesday 19th May, as well as return airport transfers on Thursday 21st May, after the conference concludes.

What is the nearest airport?

Malta Airport is the closest international airport. It is a 20/30-minute journey to the hotel. It has good connections with major European cities.

What is the attire for the conference?

The conference attire is business casual.

Weather in Malta

In May, it is generally warm and comfortable with average temperatures around 23 – 25 °C (73 – 77 °F). It may be cooler in the evenings, so we suggest you bring a light jacket. We recommend checking your weather service of choice when thinking about what clothing to bring.
