How do I use CudaConnect for screen sharing and instant messaging with Barracuda Technicians?

CudaConnect is a web-based tool to assist Barracuda technicians in assisting you via ScreenConnect and CudaConnect Chat. The CudaConnect website is ; the HTML title of the webpage is "CudaConnect Remote Support".

1. The Barracuda technician working your Case will direct you to browse to

2. Your Barracuda technician will generate and supply you with an Invitation Code; type this into the field under Enter Invitation Code, then click the Join button.

3. Your browser will then download a file called "Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client.exe" which you need to run.
Additional Information:If the downloaded ScreenConnect client cannot connect to our CudaConnect server, please ensure that outbound port 8041 is open in your network's firewall.
