How can I save event logs to send to support?

You can save email event logs by using the Event Viewer tool on Microsoft Windows. The event viewer can be opened by navigating to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. Once the Event Viewer is open, the following steps can be followed to save the event logs:
- Select the log to save. (Example "Application")
- Navigate to "Action" and select the "Save Log File As..." option from the list on the drop down menu.
- Name the file and select "Event Log (*.evt)" under "Save as type:" and save the file to a destination.
The file can now be emailed to Barracuda support for analysis.
