1. Get the datasheet from Barracuda Website, found here: http://www.barracudanetworks.com/ns/products/spam_specs.php2. To get wattage, multiply AC Input Current (amp) by 120Vac.For example, model 800 is 4.1 amps 120 x 4.1 = 492 watts3. To get BTU, multiply wattage by 3.412.For example, 492 x 3.412 = 1679 BTU 4. AC systems are often rated in "tons."4. To get the number of tons needed to cool a box, divide BTUs by 12,000.For example: 1679 / 12000 = 0.14 tons of AC capacity.
