Can I enable a guest (read only) administrator's account for my Barracuda Networks product?
This applies to Barracuda Message Archiver, Spam Firewall, SSLVPN, and Web Filter all firmware versions.
Barracuda Technical Support can enable a read-only login for your Barracuda Networks product. The username would be guest (without the quotes), and the password would be anything you specify. This account would be able to view all log and all configuration data, but would not be able to read emails or other messages, or make configuration changes.
