Barracuda’s Lauren Cutter Named to CRN’s 2015 Women of the Channel, and Power 100 Lists
Campbell, Calif. (June 3, 2015) – Barracuda Networks, Inc. (NYSE: CUDA), a leading provider of cloud-connected security and storage solutions, today announced that Lauren Cutter, director, channel marketing, Barracuda has been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious 2015 CRN® Women of the Channel as well as its Power 100 list.
The annual Women of the channel list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations, distributors, solution providers and other women prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem for their successes and the far-reaching impact they are having on the technology industry going forward. The Power 100 is a subset of the CRN Women of the Channel who have earned a special distinction based on their exemplary record of success and their level of influence in the channel.
Over the past year, Cutter operated as the project manager of Barracuda’s recent global enhancement to its Partner Program. The enhanced program, which was announced on April 6, 2015 has already received a CRN 5-Star Partner Program rating, and offers channel partners an improved discount structure, new tools and resources, more lead opportunities, restructured levels and now includes support for qualifying managed service providers. Under the updated program, Barracuda is better equipped to drive growth and support VARs at all levels of its partner program. Cutter is also coordinating recurring efforts to provide Barracuda partners with improved tools and marketing resources in easy-to-use and accessible platforms.
