CRN recognized Ezra Hookano, Vice President of Channels at Barracuda, on its 2019 Channel Chiefs list. Honorees are selected based on their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.

Barracuda Networks was recognized for Backup Appliances and Backup Vx as the product of the year by IT Professional media publishers. The awards recognize products that, in the opinion of the editors, are the best in terms of specification, competitive advantage and value for the customer.

Barracuda’s cloud-delivered web application firewall (Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service) won the  Security – Web & Email: Technology subcategory in CRN's 2018 Products of the Year.

For the third year in a row, the winners were determined through a combination of editorial selection and a survey fielded to solution providers, who are currently selling both the technology and specific vendor product, to accurately capture real-world satisfaction among partners and their customers.
